Job summary
Bank Five Nine Inc. is hiring an entry-level Customer Experience & Analysis Specialist to bridge customer service, digital banking, product management, and process improvement. You will support online opening, digital tools, and cross-team projects to drive smarter, smoother experiences.
Ideal candidates will have an associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years banking knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Earns reports and helps improve CRM workflows daily.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in banking or related field.
- Two years of banking experience and knowledge of online banking products.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary support for online account opening and digital banking inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide beginner-to-advanced support for online banking, mobile banking, debit/ATM cards, and phone banking.
- Process online account applications and resolve issues using the customer's preferred communication method.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Maintain and update CRM and BPM workflows.
- Document, test, and communicate system updates and platform enhancements.
- Participate in cross-functional projects for new or updated products, services, and systems.
- Make recommendations for changes with impact awareness across the Bank.
