Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Intern to join our CX team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will analyze resident and prospect data, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and create data visualizations that communicate insights to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a quantitative or research-focused degree and have experience with Excel, survey platforms, and presenting results in PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Pursuing or completed degree in a quantitative or research-focused field.
Experience with data analysis or quantitative research coursework/internships.
Strong written communication and ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer data to identify trends and pain points.
Translate findings into written, actionable recommendations.
Create data visualizations/charts to illustrate key findings.
Support ad hoc survey projects including drafting questions and programming surveys.
Support customer research and resident panel activities and synthesize findings.
Conduct secondary research on CX topics and industry trends.
