Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Port St. Lucie is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to manage quotes, order processing, and daily customer support. You will work closely with the sales manager to ensure accurate orders and timely responses, while maintaining a positive service mindset.

The role requires ERP experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs for order fulfillment. On-site work at the Port St. Lucie branch.

Qualifications

• ERP experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving ability.
• Forklift experience; ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Experience with ERP software and order entry.
• 2–3 years of sales/customer service experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP and HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

• Enter quotes and sales orders into the ERP system with precision and speed.
• Provide timely answers on products and services via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with order fulfillment tasks, including safe forklift operation and lifting up to 75 lbs as needed.
• Partner with the sales manager to resolve issues and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic approach that builds loyalty.
