Job summary

AMD Supply LLC is seeking a customer service-focused representative at the Port St. Lucie branch to handle quotes, order entry, and daily support with sales coordination. You will work closely with the sales manager to ensure accurate, timely responses and high-quality service.

Responsibilities include answering product inquiries, processing quotes in the ERP and ensuring customer satisfaction while lifting up to 75 lbs as needed. Initial location is Port St. Lucie with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

Experience using ERP software in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong customer service ethos and problem-solving ability.
Detail-focused and highly organized.
Forklift experience; ability to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide timely answers on products and services via phone, email, and in person.
Enter quotes and sales orders into the ERP system with precision and speed.
Partner with the sales manager to resolve issues and elevate customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive, empathetic approach that builds loyalty.
Assist with order fulfillment tasks, including safe forklift operation and lifting up to 75 lbs as needed.
