BathWorks of Michigan is seeking a Customer Communications Specialist to guide homeowners from contract signing through their one-day bath remodel. This on-site role in Byron Center, MI offers Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM and starts at $20/hour.

You will build relationships, coordinate schedules with Sales, Operations, and Installation, and ensure every detail is captured and communicated, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM

Compensation: Starting at $20/hour

BathWorks of Michigan specializes in Jacuzzi bath and shower remodeling, and we’re looking for a Customer Communications Specialist who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and hungry to grow.

You’ll be a key part of the customer journey, guiding homeowners from contract signing through their one-day bath remodel and making sure they feel informed, supported, and excited about their project every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with customers by answering questions, providing updates, and being their go-to point of contact
