BathWorks of Michigan is seeking a Customer Communications Specialist to join the team on-site in Byron Center, MI. The role focuses on guiding homeowners from contract signing through a one-day bath remodel, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and excited about their project every step of the way.

You’ll build relationships, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Installation teams to keep projects moving and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Customer Communications Specialist | Join the BathWorks Team!

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, Saturday10-6:30.

Location: On-site, Byron Center, MI

Compensation: Starting at $20/hour

BathWorks of Michigan specializes in Jacuzzi® bath and shower remodeling, and we’re looking for a Customer Communications Specialist who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and hungry to grow.

You’ll be a key part of the customer journey, guiding homeowners from contract signing through their one-day bath remodel and making sure they feel informed, supported, and excited about their project every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with customers by answering questions, providing updates, and being their go-to point of contact
• Keep projects moving by coordinating schedules, timelines, and important details
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Installation teams to create a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate project notes and follow-up so no detail gets missed
