Gabberts Design Studio and Fine Furniture in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This full-time role focuses on resolving issues, coordinating deliveries, and supporting our sales and operations teams.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have or be working toward a high school diploma or GED.
• One year of related customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide a high level of customer service and resolve service issues.
• Build relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with sales staff, vendors and operations to resolve issues for customers.
• Monitor service orders to ensure timely communication with vendors and customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vendors and products.
• Schedule deliveries, pick-ups and service technician appointments.
• Look up customer accounts and provide detailed notes and accurate information.
• Navigate inventory and purchase-order systems.
• Support delivery personnel and in-home service technicians.
• Contribute to process improvements for systems, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate the HOM Core Values consistently.
• Represent HOM Furniture with a professional and helpful demeanor.
