The role focuses on handling inbound calls and emails, coordinating service routes, and supporting technicians to ensure timely, high-quality delivery for approximately 1,500 customers. Training will be provided to build technical and operational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in scheduling and routing, customer service, and fleet operations preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 50 calls and emails daily, providing exceptional customer service.
• Schedule and coordinate service routes efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Support technicians and operational workflows, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Assist with data quality and cleanup initiatives, maintaining accurate records.
• Help validate information following acquisition integration efforts, ensuring data integrity.
• Assist with quality assurance and system-related processes between platforms, utilizing Falcon and ServiceTrade.
