Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good math skills (ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Sound judgement/decision making skills.
• Friendly, approachable/outgoing demeanor; team player.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of service and resolve customer concerns.
• Demonstrate teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service with sincerity and respect.
• Greet customers and assist them by escorting to products.
• Oversee front end operations to meet sales, profit and labor goals.
• Train, monitor and coach associates on front end policies and procedures.
• Ensure prompt, accurate customer check-out and front-end compliance.
