Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant working/shopping environment.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service with sincerity and respect.
• Greet customers and escort them to products; assist with loading items.
• Anticipate needs; communicate and resolve issues to strengthen loyalty.
• Oversee front end operations to meet sales, labor goals and shrink control.
• Set work priorities and maintain front end conditions.
• Ensure accurate checkout and adherence to policies and laws.
• Train and coach associates on front end procedures and cash handling.
• Report pricing/signage discrepancies to the pricing coordinator.
• Provide back-up coverage for service operations manager when needed.
• Know checkout transactions policies and procedures; perform audits.
• Operate equipment (scanner, register, scale, etc.) per standards.
• Assist with front-end tasks like stocking and cleaning.
• Comply with food safety and health regulations; report unsafe conditions.
• Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
