Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Customer Experience Center Program Manager in Marlborough, MA to oversee visits, product demonstrations, and engagements at the Cytiva Customer Experience Center. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver polished experiences that showcase Cytiva’s bioprocessing portfolio.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related fields, 5+ years in bioprocessing, and strong project coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in bioprocessing or related industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer visits with prepared presentations and on-site coordination.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Customer Experience Center to ensure professional engagements.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and workflows with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Applications teams.
• Manage Marketing Demo logistics, inventory, and shipments for events across North America.
• Collect feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement in center operations and customer experience.
