Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last interaction for customers. You greet shoppers, process checkouts, handle returns, and support basic cash office functions to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. The role requires friendly, energetic service, basic math, and the ability to travel to other stores if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend our products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processes.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
