Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) at our Indianapolis store. The role greets customers, processes transactions at the POS, handles returns, and supports store operations with a positive attitude.

Starting pay begins at $15.10 per hour with potential higher starting pay based on experience. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available, with opportunities to travel to support other stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Customer service experience
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Stock and tag merchandise.
• Create price tags and signage.
