Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, discuss projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Process checkout using the POS system.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash handling procedures.
• Answer the telephone according to guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise; create price tags.
• Maintain safety processes and uphold company values.
