Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member in Cary, NC. You will help customers locate products, provide friendly checkout, and explain rewards and credit card offers. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising to keep the store well-stocked and inviting.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to company SOPs. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings, with formal onboarding and benefits available.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain stock and merchandising; handle returns and go backs
• Support Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; serve as role model for team members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
