Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in a visible, friendly manner.
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently at the check lane.
• Operate the POS system and handle tenders (cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, rain checks, and coupons) per policy.
• Adhere to cash handling limits and loss prevention guidelines.
• Follow policies for restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs).
• Report pricing discrepancies and stay current with ads and promotions.
• Comply with food safety regulations and safety procedures.
