Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager or corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with applications or other requests.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections in compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate transactions per company policy, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
