Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store leadership or corporate when unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections per regulations and procedures.
