Job summary

Cornerstone Bank in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to process new accounts, assist customers with account types and services, and support daily branch operations.

In this role you will cross-sell bank products, maintain and close accounts, and help customers over the phone and at reception while upholding accuracy and strong customer service standards. A high school diploma and banking experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of bank or related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform duties.
• Pre-employment background and credit screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Process new account transactions and assist customers with account selection.
• Cross-sell the Bank's products and services.
• Maintain and close all account types.
• Provide reception and phone support for account-related service assistance.
• Refer customers to appropriate staff for new services.
• Promote business for the Bank through good customer relations.
