Job summary

UMB Bank in Bismarck, ND is hiring a Consumer Services Specialist to deliver an unparalleled customer experience by handling inbound service center calls and building relationships with customers.

You will access multiple banking systems to answer questions, resolve issues and cross-sell products while undergoing training and regular performance reviews, with monthly incentive opportunities. Must work shifts M-F 7am-8pm CT and Saturdays 8am-5pm CT.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service or similar work experience.
• Proficient in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers over the phone by accessing multiple systems to answer banking questions, provide information, resolve problems and cross sell products.
• Continue learning through classroom training, online learning and department communications.
• Performance measured by call quality, talk time, cross sale success rate and monthly incentives.
• Other duties as assigned.
