• Provide efficient customer service, cross-sell products to generate new business where appropriate.
• Open and maintain bank accounts.
• Prepare and maintain account paperwork and signatures, transfers, and service charges.
• Explain bank products and services to customers in detail.
• Handle debit card disputes and data entry for card maintenance and closures.
• Process and update documents for new and existing accounts.
• Process wire transfers and related agreements.
• Educate customers about account benefits and respond to inquiries.
