Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS in Warren, MI to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge.

You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposits and other services, and processing transactions with accuracy. You will educate customers on banking products, participate in a disciplined sales process, and collaborate with partners to deepen relationships while adhering to all policies

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year customer service or related experience; high school diploma or GED required.
Preferred experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
Comfort with technology and digital banking tools.
Exempt status known; typical branch responsibilities and office environment.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
Educate customers on deposit products and services.
Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a structured sales process and referrals.
Educate customers about other bank areas to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Demonstrate sales, service, and relationship-building skills in daily interactions.
Handle duties as assigned by supervisor.
