Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve as a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, and recommending deposit products and services.

You will process customer transactions accurately, balance daily, and provide exemplary service while collaborating with partners to deepen customer relationships and maintain policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1 year of customer service or military service; a Bachelor's Degree is acceptable.
• Banking customer service experience preferred; familiarity with deposit products.
• Cash handling and comfortable with technology (mobile/online banking) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues for walk‑in customers.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management and banking knowledge.
