Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year of customer service or military service in administration/related role or a Bachelor's Degree accepted.
1 year or more in customer service in banking or financial services preferred.
Cash handling skills and comfort with technology such as mobile/online banking preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
Explain and educate customers on consumer deposit products.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Educate customers and refer to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, and communication skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
