Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers in our branch network. The role focuses on retaining and expanding consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs, recommending deposit and other products, and balancing daily transactions while delivering exemplary service.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED; 1 year customer service or military service in an admin-like role or a Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred: 1+ year customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
Cash handling skills and comfort with technology (mobile/online banking).

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
Identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
Other duties as assigned.
