Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience or military service in an administrative role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales is preferred.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management and banking knowledge.
