Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposits and other banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily with exemplary service. Responsibilities include educating customers on deposit products, driving referrals, and partnering with other bank areas to deepen relationships

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED with 1 year customer service or military admin experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: 1+ year in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
Cash handling skills; comfortable with technology like mobile/online banking.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships via a disciplined sales process, referrals, and follow-ups.
Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
