Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with identity verification and funds availability.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer customers to branch teammates for additional services as appropriate.
• Follow security, compliance, and cash-handling procedures with accuracy.
