Floor & Decor in Austin, TX is seeking a role to greet customers and manage the customer storage pick-up process. This position supports both full-time and part-time schedules in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include meeting and greeting customers, handling the storage buy pickup workflow, verifying identities, and delivering orders while upholding safety SOPs and product knowledge. Strong communication is essential.

Qualificações

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of staff and management.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pickup process.
• Oversee the storage buy pickup workflow with the company’s program.
• Follow SOP for phone answering and customer interactions.
• Verify pickup recipient identity and authorization.
• Collect required pickup information from customers.
• Deliver orders in POS and maintain product knowledge.
