The Army & Air Force Exchange Service offers a Customer Experience Associate – Apparel & Accessories role at the Exchange. As part of the team, you’ll help customers discover looks and style with confidence, sharing fashion tips and accessories expertise to complete outfits.

• Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation.

As a Customer Experience Expert in Softlines, your eye for trend will help our customers discover new looks and bring their definition of style to life with confidence. Your love for fashion and excitement to share your apparel, accessory, and jewelry expertise and tips will help our customers find the perfect outfit for everyday and special occasions, while also helping them find the perfect accessory to complete their look. Job Qualifications
