Job summary

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service, known as the Exchange, is hiring a Customer Experience Associate at Military Clothing. You will help service members get the uniforms they need, assist with sizing, finding pins, and deliver friendly service to support confident shopping.

This Regular Part Time role offers flexible scheduling, benefits including insurance, PTO, a pension and 401K, and access to base facilities.

Job description

As a Customer Experience Associate at Military Clothing, you’ll be responsible for helping our service members get the uniforms they need. You’ll need to have an attention to detail and be a quick learner. With your expert knowledge, customers will be able to shop with confidence- knowing that you will be able to assist with sizing, finding pins, and anything else they will need. You’ll remain up to date with any policy changes. Most importantly, you’ll keep customers coming back with a positive attitude.

• Help customers by following the proper procedure for bagging merchandise and moving large or heavy items

• Knowledge of military rank/insignias preferred
• Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed

• Retail experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements

This is a Regular Part Time position with maximum hours of 20 hours weekly. Looking to fill a morning or closing shift as well as rotating weekends. Schedules are subject to change based on operational needs. Knowledge of military ranking and regulations is recommended.
