Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right products, and provide friendly, professional service throughout the store.

You may assist with locating merchandise, loading items, processing orders and deliveries, and cross-training in other departments to deliver excellent customer experiences. This part-time role includes benefits such as health plans, tuition assistance, a 401(k) with company match and an associate discount.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input, access, modification, or output.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by refreshing shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint tinting, cutting materials)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
