Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in the United States. You will welcome customers, help them find products for home improvement, and ensure their needs are met throughout the shopping experience.

You will handle questions, locate items, stock shelves, process orders, and collaborate across departments to deliver excellent service. This role supports growth and skill development within Lowe’s team.

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer and basic office software.
• 6 Months experience using common retail tech (phones, tablets).
• Strong reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical duties.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance or team lifting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, hardware).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
