Bass Pro Shops in Michigan is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide buying decisions. You will handle merchandise with care, maintain pricing and signage, and stay an expert on seasonal floor merchandise and programs such as CLUB Membership and in-store pickup.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, stand and walk constantly, assist with restocking, and contribute to a legendary customer experience by understanding needs and offering best-fit

Competenze

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Friendly and professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Mansioni

• Greet customers and provide information and direction.
• Demonstrate products to customers and promote programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pick-up).
• Replenish and restock merchandise on shelves per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signage and stay knowledgeable on seasonal merchandise.
• Keep the work area clean, neat, and well stocked with supplies.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
