Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of New York LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and help with stock and unloading when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and prior retail or service experience. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced store environment to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
