Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Naples, FL store. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, handle sales at the register, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked environment.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, restocking shelves, protecting assets, and delivering friendly, efficient service while following store procedures and safety guidelines. Part-time opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean and neat store environment, including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
