Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Florida LLC in Sebring, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations while handling sales transactions at the register and maintaining a secure cash drawer.

You will stock shelves, unload shipments, keep bathrooms clean, and ensure the store stays neat and presentable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate POS systems.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register and protect cash assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks for stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
