Family Dollar Stores Of Florida LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities include assisting customers with questions, handling cash at the register, maintaining a clean and organized store, stocking shelves, and ensuring safety and professionalism throughout all interactions.

The role requires strong customer service skills, basic instruction-following ability, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and stock replenish per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
