Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, participate in selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will work with a team to greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, stocking and merchandising, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the store.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail, farming, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Available to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product questions.
• Operate cash register and handle payments following procedures.
• Assist with stocking, pricing, and merchandising
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including poultry areas where applicable.
• Support team members and contribute to a Legendary Customer Experience.
