Job summary

No experience required; training provided. The role involves assisting customers, operating cash register, stocking, merchandising, price changes, and safe handling of birds and poultry. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover their needs to sell solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Restock and merchandise, complete plan-o-grams, and price changes.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a safe store environment.
• Perform janitorial duties and safely operate store equipment.
