Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and help with unloading merchandise while maintaining store cleanliness and a safe environment.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accuracy at the register, and teamwork with leadership to ensure high standards across the store. Part-time position with flexible hours in Winslow, AZ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, service industry, or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash removal, and neat presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
