Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience in Ash Fork, AZ. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help with stocking and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
