Family Dollar Stores Of Arkansas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and safe.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and prior retail or service experience. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods. Join a team focused on friendly service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or related environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform continuous walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, including bathrooms, floors, and general areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
