Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Arkansas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and organized.

You’ll unload merchandise, replenish stock, clean and maintain restrooms, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and coworkers. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a helpful, professional demeanor across all

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and be able to walk, stand, and perform physical tasks frequently.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, and general presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
