Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Zephyr Cove, NV store. You will assist customers with questions, process sales at the register, and help keep shelves stocked and the store clean.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and prior retail or service experience. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and maintain friendly, professional interactions with customers and team

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store security and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, restrooms, and floors.
