Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales, stock shelves, and help unload trucks while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to follow instructions. Part-time position at 834 E Fry Blvd, Sierra Vista, AZ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
