Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Boulder City, NV. The role involves assisting customers, processing sales at the register, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

You will handle merchandise receipt, stock replenishment, and help ensure excellent guest experiences. A high school diploma is preferred, with previous retail service experience being highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team members.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
