Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, operate the register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience in retail or similar settings. This role requires physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent walking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience in relevant setting is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the assigned register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive shipments and help with stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Provide a safe, respectful environment with friendly interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
