Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Las Vegas to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the cash register, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

This role requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a team-oriented mindset. Part-time position with opportunities for growth and employee perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
