Job summary

RLI seeks an Associate Customer Experience Agent in Peoria, IL to provide front-line operational and customer support for personal and commercial lines policies. You’ll respond via phone, chat or email, document interactions, and help prepare quotes while ensuring policy alignment with customer needs.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; P&C license preferred but must be obtained within 3 months.
• 0+ years of related experience considered for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line operational and customer support to administrators, agents, brokers and policyholders.
• Communicate effectively via telephone, chat or email across internal and external channels.
• Research inquiries and develop accurate answers based on customer channel.
• Coordinate with Lindbergh Insurance Group to ensure proper handling of inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints and actions taken.
• Prepare quotes and bind coverage for RLI insurance products, aligning with customer needs.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
